INSTALLATION |
How easy is it to install? | Very easy |
MAIN FEATURES |
What
is it used for? What are it's main features? |
To help provide info/ideas on learning and dyslexia |
GUIDES FOR USE |
Are there instructions/a manual? How easy are they to follow? | Yes, very easy to follow. The only time I experienced difficulty was trying to read from the instruction manual. After the heavy legal jargon, which I did not want to read, there is a page which describes how to use wordswork. The text at the beginning is confusing but clearer when presented in list form. |
EASE OF USE |
How easy is it to use with a common sense approach? | It is very easy to use the whole program. It is very basic, common sense and simple to view anything you wish. |
GOOD POINTS |
What do you feel are the most helpful features for dyslexics? | a)
VISUAL/there is large print, colour, movement and simplicity. b AUDIO/it uses a variety of peoples voices. c)ROOMS/mindmap qualities |
BAD POINTS |
What is disappointing about this software? | It finished too soon. I feel it is an essential item in a dyslexic learners arsenal. I would like more of the same. |
VALUE FOR MONEY |
How much does it cost and is it good value? | £125
(+vat) Yes, well spent because it would be used frequently. This purchase has opened up a whole new understanding of the difficulties I face as a dyslexic. |
